Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitching BrainerHub services to potential clients.
- Understand and promote BrainerHub service offerings including custom web/mobile development, SAP solutions, and digital transformation services.
- Support the sales team in maintaining client relationships and following up on leads.
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical & marketing) to understand client requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new growth areas.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Eagerness to learn about IT services, product engineering, and digital transformation.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (a plus but not mandatory).
