Identifying the Client Needs

Initially, our client conducted detailed research on setbacks of existing HMS and organized surveys to gather feedback from real-life hotelier clients. After analysis, the research suggested that there are serious drawbacks in maintaining hotel operations. Further, they also wanted to address the issue of visitors not having complete information about hotel facilities after checking in. The client decided to eliminate the problem by modifying the existing hotel management software and adding new user-friendly features that will assist visitors throughout their stay.

Further, the client wanted to provide visitors ‘once in a lifetime’ experience hence they wanted to develop a platform with all-inclusive hotel facilities that can be accessed easily once checked-in.

The user can list their hotel property and add their features such as restaurants, sight-seeing spots, spa and wellness along with other amenities.

Branding & Promotions

The user can rely on the platform for hotel branding and promotions. From logos, fonts, and aesthetically pleasing images it can assist with all types of customizations.

Task Management

This feature will help hotel staff to track, assign, and manage daily tasks. Ensure that client’s request is fulfilled and not disregarded in any case. Optimize and streamline daily task to monitor performance efficiency.

Smart Automation

Guests can access complete information on hotel facilities whether its restaurant timings, housekeeping, spa appointments, guest rules, tourist spots nearby, front desk, and more.

Digital Menu & Online Ordering

The guest can scan the QR code or click on the link to browse the digital menu and order online from their room or poolside without any hassle.

Review and Surveys

The user can request their guests to drop a review and share their experience as this will help with the hotel’s publicity. Also conducting surveys will help to improve specific areas and provide a better stay experience.
