Identifying the Client Needs
Initially, our client conducted detailed research on setbacks of existing HMS and organized surveys to gather feedback from real-life hotelier clients. After analysis, the research suggested that there are serious drawbacks in maintaining hotel operations. Further, they also wanted to address the issue of visitors not having complete information about hotel facilities after checking in. The client decided to eliminate the problem by modifying the existing hotel management software and adding new user-friendly features that will assist visitors throughout their stay.
Client Goals
The client wanted to develop a platform that can easily maintain hotel staff’s daily tasks, optimize workflow, availability, and other inventory requirements. Further, the client wanted to provide visitors ‘once in a lifetime’ experience hence they wanted to develop a platform with all-inclusive hotel facilities that can be accessed easily once checked-in.
App Objectives
- To develop a platform for sellers to boost customer engagement, monitor inventories, add/remove product categories, and evaluate profile functionality.
- To develop a platform for buyers so they can order grocery items online within nearby store locations and get them delivered to their doorsteps.
- The admin panel will mention all details regarding vendors, products, shipments, customers, and orders.
- The admin panel will show insights on orders placed, orders canceled, best store and best-selling product so sellers can focus on boosting productivity.
